At Thermaltake, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance PC hardware and accessories with a streamlined return process for your peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Support' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided return authorization form and affix the shipping label clearly on the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians receive and inspect your hardware to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
